We welcome custom orders! From something in a different color to a completely new design we are open and happy to work with you on any special requests you may have. Please email us at Info@JBlissStudios.com to discuss your custom requests.
Care and Cleaning
When not being worn, store your jewelry in a clean, covered, and dry place to keep it looking great.
We suggest removing your jewelry, especially rings, whenever showering, swimming, playing sports, gardening, etc.
If unintended tarnishing occurs pieces can be cleaned with a polishing cloth. When cleaning chains be sure not to pull on them, but gently run the chain through the polishing cloth without tugging to ensure that you will not weaken or break the chain.
To remove dirt or grime gently rinse the piece under running water with a small amount of mild dish soap. Use a soft bristled tooth brush to softly scrub away any buildup. Make sure all soap has been thoroughly rinsed off and pat jewelry dry with a soft dishtowel or paper towel. It is important that you dry the piece completely before storing or wearing.
We offer repair and cleaning services for a small fee. Should your jewelry need special attention please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Resizing and Quality Guarantee
Day to day your ring may fit slightly differently on your finger due to temperature, hydration, and other factors. Should your ring be too small or large in all situations, we offer one free resize within the first year of your purchase.
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our work. Should your jewelry incur damages that are not due to misuse we will gladly repair it for you free of charge.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact us at Info@JBlissStudios.com before returning items to us. Make sure your return package includes your name, address, and email. Buyer is responsible for return shipments.
Online purchases can be returned with no signs of wear within 30 days.
In store and online purchases can be exchanged with no signs of wear within 45 days.
Custom made items are non refundable. They may be eligible to be exchanged for non-custom items/store credit if done within 30 days of purchase.
All orders are shipped priority mail via USPS.
Many items in our shop are made to order and may take up to a week to ship. If you need something by a certain date or for a special occasion please make sure to let us know, we are happy to work with you.
We accept payment via credit card upon checkout. Payment must be completed before shipment. For custom orders we ask for half of the payment up front, the remaining balance is due upon completion.
